Vision: Your vision is very good i looked up the ginjinka for the pokemon and what you have here isn't like the others. (guess that part can be said for originality too) they also depict the two very well and have the same likeness and yet difference at the same time.
Originality: Like i said before the ginjinka i saw weren't like the other ones. The dresses are very nice and somewhat original as well. for originality i personally prefer to make up your own charachters but even though you haven't you have still brought a bit of originality by them being female and traditionally dressed. for this particular ginjika i mostly saw male versions and the few females i did find were very modern in their clothes.
Technique: the color is eyecatching and i love the patterns you worked into the fabric, very simple yet it fits nicely and gives it a fresh feel instead of it being too busy. I do think you could have done a slightly more interesting pose like a bend in the arm or even have them both holding the fans over and slightly behind their heads so that the fans cross at the very tip of the corner or something like that.
Impact: This piece caught my eye immediatly. the bold colors and the subtle differance between the two leaves a very strong impact on me. Again i think you could've improved the impact by making the poses a bit more dramatic.
