The anatomy is a bit awkward, notably the length and thinness of the arms in proportion to other limbs, and the fact that the shoulders are so much wider than the waist and hips. The face seems slightly lopsided, as the angle of the eyes does not match that of the mouth or of the hairline, but it's not an easy angle to draw at. The pose feels very natural overall and captures the mood of the model well. The art style seems generic, but it has a lot of potential to be developed into something much more unique. As for the character herself, her design is well conceived, particularly her outfit and colourscheme, however you might consider giving her more defining features or imperfections. The allusion to other Mahou Shoujo series is very evident, and is not a bad thing, however, as mentioned earlier, the whole layout and style seems, well generic, though design-wise it flows very nicely, reads easily, and definitely achieves the desires aesthetic.
