My wedding gown for the
monthly contest.
It's about design a wedding dress for your favourite idol, and as you can understand I chose my adored
MADONNA ♥ *____*
I'm reading her biography in this time and my love for her would never be so great, I'm totally in love.
- Name of my celebrity of choice: Madonna.
- The reason I chose her: She's my favourite singer, she's often my inspiration source and I grew up with her amazing songs.
- Brief description of my design: The contest asked me to merging her fashion style and my personality as a designer, so I got her legendary "boy toy" 80s style and the famous Jean Paul Gaultier cone bra (though in my design it doesn't really look like a cone, but that was my idea ç.ç) and put 'em together. I thought that her famous single Like A Virgin would be perfect to suit the wedding dress for Madonna (that's why I named the dress "Like A Bride") so I put the pois tulle and cross necklaces, like the cover of the single.
I also put her most famous songs printed in the front of the corset.
Finally I added a touch of my personal designing style in the skirt, and the musical notes recall again the queen of pop's music ♥ that's all.
